In this course, learners at the upper-N4 level will expand their ability to communicate politely and appropriately in Japanese. Building on previously learned grammar and vocabulary, students will be introduced to the basics of keigo (敬語), including common honorific and humble expressions, polite requests, and formal communication. Through topics such as first meetings, part-time work, customer service, emails, speeches, and etiquette, learners will develop greater confidence in using respectful Japanese in everyday and workplace situations.
