Some common questions & Answers
In our new building, Aldgate Tower, we have implemented an efficient visitor registration process. If you are a student attending our lessons, we will register your name and your email as a visitor in the building. As a result, you will receive an email from ‘Aldgate Tower’ with the subject line ‘Beyond Aldgate Tower – Building Entry Instruction.’ The email will include a QR code at the bottom, which you can scan on the day of your lesson to gain access through the ground floor gate.
Hey, please make sure to attend your class as scheduled for Thursday. Our administration team registers visitors every Monday for the upcoming week, so you and everyone else attending the lessons in the week will receive an invitation email on Mondays. Please note that the date and time on the email are not important, and you do not need to go to the 4th floor (main reception floor). Instead, you should go directly to the floor where your class is located, either on the 5th or 6th floor, of course at your regular class time starting from 6:30pm. Please note our reception covers 6:15-6:45pm.
We suggest that you check your spam folder first, and then double-check your email address with us. We register our students as visitors to the building every week, and as a result, you should receive a new QR code via your registered email with us each week. Your full name should also be included on the register. If you cannot locate your QR codes, please talk to building security and ask them to look for your name on the system.
You can still enter the building using your QR code. However, if our reception is not present after 6:45 PM, you may need to contact your class group via WhatsApp to open the door to the 5th or 6th floor for you.
We recommend that our students arrive no earlier than 6:15 PM. Our reception will be available from 6:15-6:45 PM to welcome you to the 5th or 6th floor classrooms.
There may be a few reasons why your QR code is not working. Firstly, it may be an old QR code from a previous date. Secondly, you may not be using it at the Visitor Entrance gate to the far right. If either of these two reasons applies, please contact building security for assistance.
No, we send out new QR codes every Monday, so the email should not get buried in your inbox. Please ensure that you locate the QR code for the current week.
