In this cooking class, you will learn the role dumplings play in Chinese culture, their importance in a family reunion and how it signifies prosperity due to the dumpling's resemblance to ancient Chinese money.

You will learn how to make dumplings with your customise fillings, and how to fold dumplings in 3 ways.
