Chinese Level 4/Upper-Intermediate Summer Fluency (Aug-7 start)

Our Chinese Upper-Intermediate/Level 4 Summer Fluency course is a review class designed for students who has finished all Upper-Intermediate/HSK4 level courses. After the course, students are well-equipped to continue learning in the next level – the Pre-Advanced/HSK5 level.

• has knowledge of 300+ Hanzi characters
• ideally has knowledge of 1,200 or more vocabularies
• can conduct a good basic conversation, give self introduction and have good understanding of verb aspects
• can speak Chinese with natural pronunciation, start focusing more on Hanzi characters rather than Pinyin
• can explain events / reasons in details, give logical and analytical answers
• can give suggestion, reminder, comfort, encouragement
• can hold a discussion with a native Chinese speaker about common topics for 10 minutes or more

This 4-week course is designed with task-based practices and activities, students will learn to apply their learned knowledge in real contexts. Our lessons maintain strong focus on conversational skills training talking about details in a designed event, comparing and describing personalities as well as everyday life features etc.

It is not a must-learn course before starting Pre-advanced/HSK5 level.
