Hanami, which translates to “flower viewing,” specifically refers to the tradition of appreciating the beauty of cherry blossoms (sakura) in Japan. Cherry blossoms are not just flowers; they hold cultural significance, symbolizing the transient nature of life, beauty, and renewal.

Historically, people in Japan have dressed in kimono for significant cultural and seasonal events. Hanami, being a cherished tradition, often sees individuals embracing this cultural practice by wearing traditional clothing.

In this cherry blossom fan painting workshop, you will not only have a chance to unleash your artistic spirit but also to dress in kimono, a garment that carries beautiful design and cultural symbolism. This workshop will give you a full elevating experience.

Join us as we paint, dress, and immerse ourselves in the beautiful sakura season.
